Therapy for Highly Sensitive People and High-Functioning Anxiety

Atlanta, Georgia | In-Person Sessions

I knew the life I was living didn’t fit me, but I kept trying to make it work anyway.

Hey, I’m Mary.

I know what it’s like to live with the hum of anxiety under the surface and to build a life that looks fine from the outside, while feeling disconnected inside. Finding the right therapist helped me finally slow down and start listening to myself.

That experience is what brought me here. In my work now, I help people understand themselves and the patterns shaping their relationships and lives.

What if you didn’t need to face all this alone anymore?

Individual Therapy

A space to finally start hearing yourself again, even when your anxiety is loud. Instead of bracing, managing, or pleasing, you’ll begin listening inward. Honoring what you feel, need, and can’t ignore. Over time, you’ll build self-trust rooted in truth, not fear.

Therapy for Highly Sensitive People

A space where your sensitivity is honored as the strength it is. You’ll learn to care for your nervous system and navigate life in a way that supports how you’re built: intuitive, perceptive, attuned.

Childfree-Affirming Therapy

A space where your choices don’t need to be defended. We can explore what matters to you without assumptions about what your life should look like.

If you’re ready to understand yourself and your patterns more deeply, I’d love to hear from you.

Our therapy sessions are a space to:

  • Show up without shrinking, explaining, or editing yourself.

In this space, you’re met exactly as you are. No justifying your emotions, choices, or needs. Together, we create a foundation of safety where you can begin to feel truly seen and accepted.

  • Build a steady connection to your own voice, needs, and pace.

Therapy helps you cut through the noise of expectations and reconnect with what feels true for you. Over time, you begin to trust yourself more deeply and move through the world with clarity and confidence.

  • Hold what feels overwhelming without being consumed by it.

Together, we slow things down so you can actually feel your way through what’s happening, not just survive day after day. You don’t have to carry it all alone, or face it all at once.
